During periods of lockdown, most of us don't get near the exercise that we normally get. Martial arts is a good workout and will help maintain muscle tone, and flexibility. Balance and strength will also improve.
Out of Your Head - Into Your Body
Take a break from your desk and get up and move your body in our online class. We need to move our bodies periodically in order to maintain productivity.
