This workshop is specifically designed for instructors who find themselves navigating this new landscape and anticipating our future as Aikido instructors.

I'll share my teaching philosophy, based on my 40+ years of teaching experience. I'll also share fundamental principles for teaching that apply whether your classes are in-person or virtual, whether your students are young and "on fire" or older and cautious.

Having established dojos in 6 different cities and helped some of my senior students establish their own clubs and dojos, I'll also dedicate part of our time to how to build your dojo's membership.
