Ikkyo & Iriminage: Compare and contrast WITH shoto and WITHOUT shoto

In today’s video, I’m going to share a couple clips from a seminar I did back in 2017 in Los Angeles. In these clips, I use shoto a lot. And I compare and contrast the same techniques with and without shoto.

This particular footage is from a seminar entitled “Touched By Aikido: The Power of Compassionate Connection” so I focus on the quality of the initial contact a lot, too.
